BOG
The board is responsible for making budgets and development plan, staff recruitment, etc. It mans the hospital at policy level. It also represents the owners of the hospital. The board meets on quarterly basis. However, there is the Executive BOG that meets as need arises and makes most of major decisions which are later presented to the board for approval.
Constitutionaly, the Board serves for a period of three (3) years.
